| We promise to provide the best products possible as we understand that internet shopping is different from being able to pick-up and hold the items the way you do in a conventional store. |
| If you are in anyway dissatisfied with your purchase please return it to the address below within 14 days of receiving it. We will credit or refund the full purchase value of the items returned (excluding delivery). Please note that items must be returned unused in their original undamaged packaging including tags. |

| Before sending out each item, we pride ourselves on quality control and check all products before being sent to you. In the rare instance that a product is faulty we will replace the item with no charge for any extra postage and handling provided it is posted within Australia. |
